Many people still believe that protein is only available from meat and animal sources , in fact it has been believed  that the highest protein is found in meat. One of the most  famous question people address to  Vegetarians is how they get enough protein if they don’t eat meat. Respectively women and men need 46g and 56g of protein a day.

The truth is that vegetarians do not worry about where to get enough protein . Speaking about vegetarians they can easily get more than enough protein in their diet. Indeed  all beans, lentils, and peas are an excellent vegetarian and vegan source of protein.

An hero

Tokyo has a self-declared superhero who calls himself Mangetsu Man. He keeps his identity secret by wearing a purple bodysuit, with a big yellow smiley head. His Job is to keep the city trash free.

Mangetsu, in Japanese,  means “full moon”, a somewhat apt name for this affable round-faced hero. And his choice of weaponry, as one can guess, consists of a dustpan and a broom. His philanthropic activities started back in October 2013, with Nihonbashi being the original “base”.

The Tsing Ma Bridge

The Tsing Ma Bridge is the world’s ninth-longest span suspension bridge, and was the second longest at time of completion. It feature two decks and carry both road and rail traffic, which also makes it the largest suspension bridge. There are no walkways on the bridge. The 41m wide deck carries six lanes of automobile traffic, with three lanes in each direction. The lower level contains two rail tracks and two sheltered carriageways, used for maintenance access and traffic lanes when particularly severe typhoons strike Hong Kong and the bridge deck is closed to traffic.

In the heart of Africa, crossing the equator is situated Gabon. Gabon is one of the most beautiful country in the world. With 1.5 million people  and 266.667km2, the territory is divided in nine provinces with politic capital Libreville and economic capital Port-Gentil. Moreover it is a destination with a lot of natural wealth and richness. It is clear that Gabon is a recommendable destination. I strongly believe that Gabon is listed as one of the five countries you should visit before you died.On the whole, Gabon has a lot going for it such as habits, customs, climate and attractive places. However we should try to get Gabon to become the most important and beautiful country in the world.  

My opinion on  friendship.

Nowadays, people aren't really true. It is become frequently that the person you think that it is your best friend does not think like you. If Jesus who was and still is perfect has been hurt for the coins imagine what a simple human your friend can do to you. But still, we have to love each and other that's why I love you all!
